SHIPPING/EXCHANGES/DEFECTS
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
One Way Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages. I encourage everyone to purchase the Route($.98 for orders under $100 and anything over $100 will be 2% of amount). This is insurance that will cover your items if they are to get lost or stolen.
One Way Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the post office. You will need to check your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
Please allow 3-4 business days to receive the return, and 7-12 business days for me to process the return and issue store credit or exchange(s) if returned in resalable condition.
If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us of the issue. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
